BTOB Minhyuk will be busy for drama shooting after their goodbye stages for Beep Beep as he is cast in the MBC Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘A New Leaf’.
Lee Minhyuk is going to play the character of Jihyuk, younger brother of female lead played by actress Lee Jiyoon. Jihyuk's character in the drama is a bright boy who will lift the atmosphere.
Photos of Minhyuk holding the drama's script were uploaded showing the smiling BTOB member in suit. The drama 'A New Leaf' plots the story of an outstanding lawyer played by actor Kim Myung Min who got amnesia after an accident. The drama is expected to air in April.

Park Shin Hye uploaded a group photo with CNBlue's Minhyuk on her twitter account.
She wrote, "To all the exam applicants around the nation, job well done!Have a break and watch 'The Heirs' live!! Okay~~~?!?! Episode 10 will be broadcasted tonight^^."
In the group photo, they are all wearing army suits and enjoying the autumn season under the sun.

CNBLUE’s Kang Minhyuk and actress Park Shin Hye took an adorable photo together in school uniforms.
On October 30th, Minhyuk uploaded the photos above via CNBLUE’s official Twitter and wrote “When you’re in love, you resemble…not! Childhood friends Eun Sang and Chan Young make a good pair. Don’t ever lose, Eun Sang. To ‘The Heirs’! Everyone, I will keep my eyes on you whether you watch the 7th and 8th episodes of ‘Heirs’.”
In the photos, Kang Minhyuk and Park Shin Hye are both wearing matching school uniforms while making various adorable expressions for the camera, showing off their close friendship.

Adding up to the list of already star-studded cast of ‘The Heirs’, Super Junior’s Heechul will be making a cameo appearance for the drama.
On October 15th, Heechul confirmed his participation in the drama through his Instagram post. He wrote, “If Ryeowook has Hyungsik, Donghae has Minhyuk. With ‘The Heirs’ Chan Young. After doing some deals with Kim Eun Sook, I did a cameo for ‘The Heirs’. I’ll explain what sort of deal I made with Kim Eun Sook on ‘War of Words’. Please also watch ‘The Heirs’ a lot. It’s very funny. Let’s hit 90% viewing rate when I appear on it.”
Attached the post is a photo of Heechul and CNBLUE’s Kang Minhyuk, who plays the kind-hearted and happy guy Yoon Chan Young in the drama.
Meanwhile, Kim Eun Sook, who was mentioned in Heechul’s post, is the scriptwriter of ‘The Heirs’ and also the brain behind hit dramas like ‘Lovers in Paris’, ‘Secret Garden’, and ‘A Gentleman’s Dignity’.

The highly anticipated SBS TV Wed-Thu drama ‘The Heirs’ has raised the public’s attention by releasing its official posters.
The posters were released on October 7, showing the cast members including Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, Kim Woo Bin, Krystal, Minhyuk and Hyungsik, dressed up elegantly in sleek suits and white dresses.
‘The Heirs’ was created by Kim Eun Sook, writer of ‘Secret Garden’ and ‘A Gentleman’s Dignity’, and Kang Shin Hyo, director of ‘Tazza’ and ‘Midas’. The drama is set to premiere October 9th.

Counting down the days until its anticipated premiere, SBS’ ‘The Heirs’ released another teaser for the upcoming series featuring lead actress Park Shin Hye and CNBLUE’s Kang Minhyuk.
In the newly released teaser stills, Park Shin Hye and Minhyuk are seen having a sweet date on the streets of Los Angeles, America. This particular scene was filmed at a shopping centre in Los Angeles on September 12th.
Park Shin Hye will play the role of Cha Eun Sung, a girl who lives a life of poverty, while Minhyuk is cast as Yoon Chan Young, a man with a good nature and happy personality.
‘The Heirs’ will begin broadcast from October 9th.

BTOB members are cracking up their fans with their hilarious sense of humor. BTOB Peniel wrote on his instagram account,
"Went to Inkigayo and met my rival Pokemon trainer... To be continued". In the video, it was revealed that he's rival Pokemon trainer is none other than fellow member Minhyuk. To add more craziness, Sungjae transformed into a pokemon and is lying while twitching on the floor.

SBS has opened the official website for ‘The Heirs’ and posted character posters of the main casts including Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye along with Kim Woo Bin, Choi Jin Hyuk, f(x)’s Krystal, ZE:A’s Park Hyungsik, Kang Ha Neul, CNBLUE’s Kang Min Hyuk, Im Joo Eun, Kim Sung Ryung, Jun Soo Jin and Kim Ji Won.

The highly anticipated SBS TV Wed-Thu drama ‘The Heirs’ released BTS photos of CNBLUE’s Minhyuk, showing off his gorgeous smiles to the camera.
Minhyuk’s first filming took place at a high school in Seoul last month. In the released still cuts, Minhyuk exudes his “flower boy” charisma and is completely absorbed in his kind, happy-go-lucky character of Yoon Chan Young.
‘The Heirs’ marks Minhyuk’s small screen comeback his hit 2012 weekend series ‘My Husband Got a Family,’ which rated near eye-popping 50 percent.

The star-studded cast of upcoming SBS drama ‘The Heirs’ gathered together at the first script reading session.
The script reading was held on September 5 at the SBS Production Center and most of the cast including Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, Kim Sung Ryung, f(x)’s Krystal, Choi Jin Hyuk, Kim Woo Bin, ZE:A’s Hyungsik, CNBLUE’s Minhyuk, Kim Ji Won, Lim Joo Eun and more were in attendance.
Writer Kim Eun Sook and producer Kang Si Hyo were also present to observe. They discussed characters and scripts with the cast after the reading and expressed their trust in the cast.
‘The Heirs’ is a collaboration between Kim Eun Sook who wrote ‘Secret Garden’ and ‘A Gentleman’s Dignity’ and Kang Sin Hyo who produced ‘The War Of Flower’ and ‘Midas’. The drama deals with the love and life of wealthy students and a girl who has nothing but poverty to inherit.

On August 23, Minhyuk tweeted through their official twitter account, "Did you get excited with the news of "내.니.남"? I'll make you excited once more! Minhyuk". Along with the message, he uploaded a selca wearing a white long sleeves which is similar from their teaser photos.
Meanwhile, BTOB will have their comeback in early September with 3rd mini album 'When I Was Your Man' with more mature and charming concept.

CNBLUE’s Yonghwa might have turned down his role, but fans can now expect to see another member of CNBLUE in the drama as Kang Minhyuk has been confirmed for the upcoming SBS drama ‘The Heirs’.
According to his agency FNC Entertainment, Kang Minhyuk has been confirmed to star to ‘The Heirs’. He recently received a love call from writer Kim Eun Sook and decided to accept the casting offer.
Kang Minhyuk will take on the role of Yoon Chan Young, one of the leading male characters with a good nature and happy personality. The character Minhyuk has been cast for is not the same character Yonghwa was to take on.

CNBLUE’s drummer, Kang Minhyuk, celebrated his birthday with his fellow band members in Beijing.
During the press conference for their solo concert in Beijing on the 28th, CNBLUE members held a surprise birthday party for Kang Minhyuk. The members prepared a birthday cake and sang birthday song together for him. Jung Yonghwa then asked Minhyuk to blow out the candles, and Minhyuk was able to blow them out in one try.
The press conference was attended by approximately 50 different presses, and showed great interests for CNBLUE. The group then held their first solo concert in China on June 29th at Beijing Capital Gymnasium.

With just a day before their official comeback, A-PRINCE released new teaser videos featuring members Minhyuk and Siyoon.
The new teasers feature Minhyuk dancing in the middle of the Bukchon Hanok village in Seoul, while member Siyoon is seen doing his Mambo in Gwanghwamun Square.
New Planet Entertainment announced that A-PRINCE will be coming back with their second mini-album on June 25 KST. The group already pre-released the track “My Lady” along with its special music video.

Miss A's leader Min and BTOB's Minhyuk had fun together.
On the 11th of March, Min updated her Twitter account with a new picture and wrote "Where is this place !!" and attaching the photo taken with BTOB's Minhyuk.
In the photo that Min shared, both of them look cute and childish with their poses. They look like a couple having a good time together.
The picture garners attention as it looks like they were in a carnival as a carousel can be seen in the background. On the same date, Minhyuk also shared photos of himself taken in a carnival and tweeted "After a long time, Outing! Outing Outing~" and another tweet followed "its the filming set ke".

CNBLUE's Minhyuk claimed himself a "nagging king" among his group members.
In the broadcast of MBC's "Magic Concert-This Is Magic" on March 10th,Minhyuk revealed,"My nickname is the "nagging king". I always look for perfection and cleanliness in everything, and I also often nag the other members".
Upon hearing this MC Jung Jun Ha said,"Are you learing to Yoo Jae Suk? Why do you nag so much?"
Previously when CNBLUE guested on KBS's talkshow "Hello" they also revealed that Minhyuk was the one who nags the most.
He also added,"If I see something wrong, I will not hesitate to nag about it"

BTOB Minhyuk has made a straightforward remark without any hesitation.
On the broadcast of ‘Reckless Family 2’ which was aired on the coming 5th, Minhyuk openly expressed to the members of the reckless family, “You guys won’t do without me”.
On this day, Minhyuk shared stories after ending their performance in Malaysia Golden Disk Award. Towards the question, “Who do you think is the most popular in BTOB?”,Minhyuk answered within a second, “I’m the one, of course”.
Jang DongMin jokingly asked, “So, the rest of the members are trash?” and MinHyuk answered, “That’s right! BTOB existed because of me”. His shameless answer has created a sea of laughter among those present on the recording set.
The person who took hold of Minhyuk was Miss A’s Min. She expressed that after ending their overseas performance, Minhyuk was exasperated as he bought presents for his family but none for himself. Min then followed with a compilation of Minhyuk’s past photos. MinHyuk was seen in a panicked mode as Min exposes.
