AOA are sexy angels for “Confused” performance on ‘M! Countdown’


The angelic members of AOA descend from heaven to take over the stage for another explosive performance.

On November 7th, AOA performed their latest title track “Confused” on ‘M! Countdown’. Unlike their usual perfomance, the members prepared a special stage and appeared in white angel wings and black outfits, living up to their name as ‘Ace of Angels’.

miss A makes a sexy comeback with “Hush” on ‘M! Countdown’


After a year of preparation, miss A finally returned to the ‘M! Countdown’ stage with its flashy and alluring performance of latest title track, “Hush”!

“Hush” was composed by E-Tribe, the famous composer behind Girls’ Generation’s “Gee” and Lee Hyori’s “U Go Girl”. This is the first time that miss A’s title song was not written by Park Jin Young since its debut in 2010.

The new track is also receiving much attention as the choreography includes “pole dance”, which emphasizes miss A’s trademark powerful sexiness and matured beauty.

BTS follows up with “The Rise of Bangtan” on ‘M! Countdown’


BTS (Bangtan Boys) are storming the stage once again with a follow-up promotion for “The Rise of Bangtan”.

“The Rise of Bangtan” is included in the group’s latest mini album ‘O! R U L8, 2?’. It is the old-school genre tune with funky drum beat and brass, which suits for everyone’s party time. Members Rap Monster, SUGA and J-hope are said to have participated in the production of the track.

FIESTAR is back on ‘M! Countdown’ with “I Don’t Know”


Girl group FIESTAR finally made their highly-awaited comeback stage on ‘M! Countdown’!

On November 7, FIESTAR performed their latest title track “I Don’t Know” from the group’s third single album, ‘Curious’, showing off their cute and sexy concept.

“I Don’t Know” expressed the honesty and curiosity of an innocent girl who is new to love. Produced by hitmaker Shinsadong Tiger, the song features an addictive melody of “10 Little Indians” and cute lyrics.

LEDApple returns “With The Wind” on ‘M! Countdown’


Idol band LEDApple, who has been bringing fantastic cover song each week, is finally making an official music comeback with new digital single “With The Wind”.

“With The Wind” is a rock ballad number, co-created by LEDApple members and hitmaker Shinsadong Tiger. This marks the group’s first official comeback since “Bad Boys” last June.

TOPP DOGG makes grand debut with “Say It” on ‘M! Countdown’


TOPP DOGG officially started their promotions for first single “Say It”, making a grand debut on ‘M! Countdown’.

The new hip-hop group of Stardom Entertainment released its debut mini album ‘Into the Light’ featuring the dance title track “Say It”. The group is made up of thirteen members with distinctive looks and charms.

U-Kiss says “She’s Mine” on ‘M! Countdown’


Idol group U-Kiss finally returned to the ‘M! Countdown’ stage with its flashy and explosive performance of latest title track, “She’s Mine”!

Following Dongho’s withdrawal from the group, U-Kiss returns as six with their eighth mini album ‘Moments’. The mini album is produced by hitmaker Brave Brothers and features the new title song “She’s Mine”, an R&B hip-hop track that is different in style from their previous hits.

SHINee’s Jonghyun says he hates ‘M! Countdown’


SHINee’s Jonghyun jokingly expressed his frustration at the production crew of Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown’.

On October 17, Jonghyun made a brief hosting on ‘M! Countdown’ and he tweeted, “M! Countdown! There’s a brief live talk segment! Hahahaha! But the MCs are Kim Woo Bin and the other person is Jung Joon Young hyung… ha… ‘M! Countdown’ must really dislike me.”

He then posted profiles of Kim Woo Bin and Jung Joong Young saying, “See the cm...?” and “Cm...?”, stressing out the big difference between their height.

Jonghyun showed his disappointment, joking, “Looking forward to a three shot! Ke I’m gonna hate M! Countdown ~~^^”. “I’m thinking about asking them to put a chair up there and never getting up from it. Go for an arrogant concept”, he added.

Jung In searches for her “Autumn Man” on ‘M! Countdown’


Returning to the music scene with her 4th mini-album, Jung In performed her latest title song “Autumn Man” on this week’s episode of ‘M! Countdown’.

“Autumn Man” is written from a girlfriend’s point of view whose boyfriends become lonely because it’s autumn. The song was composed by Jung In herself while producer Primary arranged the track.

The music video for the song is especially gaining attention as it features Jung In’s 11-year boyfriend Jo Jung Chi starred as the autumn man.

Rookie girl group BESTie, who made a debut with “Pitapat” in July, is coming back to the spotlight with its latest single “Love Options”!

SHINee returns with “Everybody” on ‘M! Countdown’


Returing to fans earlier than expected, SHINee delivered their first comeback performance of “Everybody” on tonight’s ‘M! Countdown’ ahead of its official release on the 14th.

“Everybody” is a ‘Complextro’ number with catchy melody and funky rhythm. The song sings about memories of childhood which are all deeply hidden in everyone’s hearts.

The choreography of “Everybody” was designed Tony Testa, who is one of the most well-known choreographer in the world. He also worked with SHINee for the choreography of the group’s past hits “Sherlock” and “Dream Girl”.

IU dances in her “Red Shoes” on ‘M! Countdown’


After sweeping off the charts with her latest release, talented female soloist IU is ready to take over the weekly music programs with her comeback title song, “Red Shoes”.

“Red Shoes” was co-written by the Lee Min Soo and Kim Eena after getting inspired by Andersen’s cruel fairytale ,‘The Red Shoes’. The song has a 1930s big bang swing sound with a mix of classical and vintage. To express the swing feel most vividly, IU recorded the song with a famous jazz orchestra in Japan.

T-ara returns to ‘M! Countdown’ stage with “Number 9” and “Because I Know”


Making yet another epic comeback, T-ara released their 8th mini album ‘Again’ featuring its double title tracks “Number 9” and “Because I Know”.

On October 10th, T-ara kickstarted a new round of full-scale promotions, diving straight to the ‘M! Countdown’ stage tonight for their explosive comeback performances of newest releases.

“Number Nine” is an energetic dance song co-composed by Sinsadong Tiger and composer Choi Gyu Sung. In contrast, “I Know The Feeling” is a sad song that is perfectly suited for the chilly autumn season.
